Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SpacePod Studios services, website, digital products, and bookings. By purchasing, booking, or submitting any project to SpacePod Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed on this page.
General Terms
SpacePod Studios provides recording, mixing, mastering, custom beat production, podcast production, and related creative services. All services are subject to availability and approval. Submission of payment, project files, or intake forms does not guarantee acceptance of a project. SpacePod Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion.
Recording Sessions
Recording sessions require the applicable booking deposit before time is reserved. Deposits are applied toward the session total and are non-refundable unless rescheduled according to studio policy. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrival may reduce usable session time. No-call/no-show or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Mix & Master Services
Mix & Master services are digital services provided after payment and project submission. Clients must submit properly labeled and organized files. A Google Drive or WeTransfer link with a ZIP folder is preferred. Stems should be clearly labeled and aligned. Reference tracks, rough demos, BPM, and key information may be included when available.
Mix & Master services include up to 4 revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are billed at $40 each. After the fourth revision, the project will be considered complete.
Estimated turnaround time for the first mix is 5–7 days unless otherwise stated. Turnaround times may vary depending on project volume, file quality, and communication delays.
Custom Beat Services
Custom beat production begins only after the required deposit has been received. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Custom beats include up to 8 revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be billed at $40 each. Turnaround time may vary depending on project scope, communication, and revision requests.
All rights to custom production remain with SpacePod Studios until full payment has been received. No final beat files will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
Payments & Deposits
All payments made to SpacePod Studios are subject to the terms of the selected service. Deposits secure time and production availability. Digital processing fees may apply to non-cash payments where stated. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate payment information and confirming any required payment details before service begins.
Copyright / Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the legality of the materials they submit to SpacePod Studios, including vocals, instrumentals, samples, and other content. SpacePod Studios is not responsible for copyright infringement, licensing disputes, clearance issues, or unauthorized use of third-party materials supplied by the client.
For Mix & Master services, SpacePod Studios acts only as a service provider and does not claim ownership of client-submitted material unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
SpacePod Studios reserves the right to decline, pause, or cancel any project or session at its discretion, including but not limited to incomplete file delivery, excessive revision demands, abusive behavior, failure to follow instructions, or any project that does not align with the studio’s workflow or standards.
File Delivery
Final files are delivered only after all required payments have been completed. Clients are responsible for reviewing and downloading delivered files in a timely manner. SpacePod Studios is not responsible for indefinite long-term storage of client projects unless otherwise agreed.
